Karting: BKC Postpones Event Due To Covid-19

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the Bermuda Karting Club has decided to postponed its “Double Header” event which was originally scheduled for March 21 [Saturday] and March 22 [Sunday] at the RUBiS Southside Raceway.

In an online post, the Bermuda Karting Club said, “With a heavy heart, we understand the government’s decision to ban large gatherings of 50 or more due to the possible spread COVID-19 virus if there are any unknown cases on the island.

“It is in the best interest of the health of the general public and health is of the highest priority. We’re looking forward to the health situation improving and being able to host our double header weekend in the immediate future. Thanks to all from the BKC.”
