Post Office Update On Overseas Mail Service

The Bermuda Post Office provided an update on incoming and outbound mail to Bermuda, saying that while some mail will be arriving on commercial flights “the timely delivery of outbound international mail from Bermuda to locations within the US, Canada, UK, and Europe still cannot be guaranteed at this time.”

A BPO spokesperson said, “Our valued customers have continued to enquire about overseas mail and we hope that the public will find the following information to be of assistance.

“It is widely known that there have been major global disruptions to the postal networks, such as airlines and shipping, due to COVID-19. This has resulted in a disruption to the delivery of all international mail. Regrettably, the timely delivery of outbound international mail from Bermuda to locations within the US, Canada, UK and Europe still cannot be guaranteed at this time.
