Travel Edge Close Offices To Walk-In Customers

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic continues, Travel Edge will close their office to walk-in customers until April 6th.

A spokesperson said, “Travel Edge places the safety and well-being of employees and clients as its highest priority. In light of the recent announcement that Covid-19 has reached Bermuda, we have taken the extraordinary measure of closing our office to walk-in customers, effective today, March 19th through April 6th.

“All our travel advisors are still working and are available to serve you. They have been given the option of working from home or in the closed office. They may be reached as always via:

  • our main telephone number at 292-3033,
  • their direct lines, or
  • via email.

“The advisors’ direct lines and email addresses may be found on page 240 of the Bermuda Telephone Directory.

“Our Hours of Operation remain Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.

“If you have documents to pick-up, we will either send them to you electronically or if you come to our main entrance at 35 Church Street, we will make arrangements to safely hand them to you.

“If you have current and/or future travel booked, be advised that all commercial flights in and out of Bermuda are suspended for two weeks as of 11.59 pm Friday, March 20th, 2020.

“Our top priority is the immediate repatriation of Bermuda citizens and residents who wish to return before the airport closes.

“This is an evolving situation. We are in constant contract with our supplier partners and will provide additional information as it becomes available.

“Please follow the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and keep safe! Wash your hands frequently, practice safe distancing, and self-quarantine if you are unwell.

“Thank you for being a customer, and for your continued support as we manage through this time together.”
