The Ministry and Department of Education said they “would like to remind parents and students that pre-return COVID testing commences today,” adding that “negative results dated between September 9-11, 2022 are required to allow for in-class learning on September 12th, 2022.”
Minister of Education Diallo Rabain said, “The response from students who have already registered for their return to school tests is positive. Thus far, we have 3,506 students registered for testing.”

Bermuda College:
- Friday, September 9th from 10 am – 6 pm [Saliva Test]
- Saturday, September 10th and Sunday, September 11th from 10 am – 4 pm [Antigen Test]
Dalton E. Tucker School Gym [Western Location]:
- Friday, September 9th from 10 am – 4 pm [Saliva Test]
- Saturday, September 10th from 10 am – 4 pm [Antigen Test]
Francis Patton School Gym [Eastern Location]:

“Parents may also book tests for their preschoolers who have been assigned staggered dates for return to school next week. The testing will take place at Bermuda College on Monday, September 12th, between 10 am – 4 pm. The same link can be used to book appointments.”
Minister Rabain said, “The Ministry and Department of Education appreciate the support to ensure that our students are tested and cleared for entry back to school on September 12th, 2022. We look forward to welcoming our children back to school in person for a productive academic year.”
