AirCare will continue to service customers that fall under essential services such as the hospital, food wholesalers, grocery stores, banks, BELCO, utilities and others, with emergency teams on-call, should any critical issues during the two-week lockdown period.
A spokesperson said, “AirCare Ltd. is committed to ensuring the health and safety of all our staff and customers.
“While Bermuda is under a State of Emergency, AirCare staff will continue to support and service customers that fall under essential services such as the hospital, food wholesalers, grocery stores, banks, BELCO, utilities and others. In addition, AirCare will have emergency teams on call should any critical issues arise with customers during the two-week lockdown period.
“AirCare is committed to maintaining our customers’ facilities whilst also ensuring the health and safety of our staff and customers. Our office at 25 Serpentine Road will be closed during the State of Emergency and we are asking customers to use available online services through our website at www.aircare.bm; offering information, sales and service requests and also by making payments using online banking.”
