The Bermuda Diabetes Association is sharing a survey that aims to “capture important information on how the shelter in place order has affected lifestyle and glucose control in people with diabetes.”
A spokesperson said, “Bermuda Diabetes Association has received the following survey from Dr David Cavan, who has been working with diabetes patients in Bermuda for the past two years.
“We would like to share this very short two-minute survey with Bermudians to capture important information on how the shelter in place order has affected lifestyle and glucose control in people with diabetes.”
