Gorham’s Launches Online Ordering System

Gorham’s has launched its Go Dash service, an online and phone ordering curbside system, which allows customers to order online and then pick up curbside.

A spokesperson said, “With the Government’s new Covid-19 guidelines in place Gorham’s will be able to serve our customers in the following manner with the following schedule:

Week of April 20th:

  • Monday: No Government permissions have been issued yet to businesses so we cannot legally do business on Monday.
  • Tuesday: Surnames beginning with the letters G to Q only.
  • Wednesday: Surnames beginning with the letters R to Z only.

Week of April 27th:

  • Monday: Surnames beginning with the letters A to F only.
  • Tuesday: Surnames beginning with the letters G to Q only.
  • Wednesday: Surnames beginning with the letters R to Z only.

“Visit our web site: “Gorhams-ltd.com” for online ordering then click on “Go Dash”. You may now order online many of Gorham’s most popular items on this site. Not all products are available online, however new items will be added weekly.

“Simply select and add these items to your online shopping cart. Once completed you may pay with your credit card or if you are a Gorham’s in-house charge customer you may using your Gorham’s charge account information.

“When your order is ready for pickup you will receive an email that you may go to Gorham’s and park in the curb side pickup area in the front of the store. Once there call the phone number on the sign and let us know you have arrived and the numbered parking bay you are in. Your pre-paid order will be brought to your vehicle and loaded for you.

“Any out-of-stock items will be automatically credited back to your credit card. All orders will be filled in 24 hours or less. It’s that simple. Any mistakes will be returned by the curb side employee. Exchanges cannot be made at this time.

“This option is also available for credit card and Gorham’s in-house charge customers. Call Gorham’s main phone number, “295-1550” and select extension 255 “Phone order placement”. One of our Customer Service employees will assist you with the order or call you back when they are available. You may give them item numbers from the on-line site or simply tell them what you wish to purchase.

“Once your list is completed Gorham’s will send you a quote via email with the total for the selected goods. If you approve simply click on the “payment” button on the email and pay for the goods with your credit card. In-house charge customers may simply approve by approving the email and returning it to Gorham’s.
