“All persons entering Government buildings must wear a mask covering the nose and mouth,” the Government advised today.
A government spokesperson said, “As the public is aware, effective tomorrow [April 1] mask requirements will change and will only need to be worn in specific settings. However, as recently noted by the Minister of Health, Kim Wilson, businesses can set mask requirements for entry to their premises and for access to services that are appropriate for their establishments and all customers, clients and staff must comply with it.
“As such, Government is advising that after tomorrow: All persons entering Government buildings must wear a mask covering the nose and mouth.
“This policy will be reviewed on April 18 at the next Cabinet Covid Committee Meeting. The Government of Bermuda thanks the public for their cooperation and compliance with the mask requirements.”
