MSA has decided to suspend all classes as of today and teachers will be providing remote instruction starting on Thursday, March 19.
A spokesperson said, “In the best interest of the community, MSA has decided to suspend all classes as of today, Tuesday, March 17. Students will be taking their learning materials home with them today and teachers will be providing remote instruction starting on Thursday, March 19.
“Students are expected to check in with their homeroom teachers daily. Teachers will be available in the school until Friday, March 20, to assist in transitioning students and will be providing ongoing instructional support thereafter. The school’s office will remain open to assist students and parents.
“As a faith-based school, we want to keep the MSA and Bermuda community in our thoughts and prayers as we manage these uncertain times together.”
