The National Sports Centre will be closing to the public today [March 19] to reduce the risk of Covid-19 transmission.
NSC’s Operations Manager Craig Tyrrell said, “The National Sports Centre will be closing to the public as of 3pm today, Thursday, March 19th in coordination with the Government’s efforts to reduce transmission of Covid-19.
“At this time, we do not have a specific date for reopening. We will be following advice from the Government and will reopen only when it is deemed safe to do so.
“We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but the health and safety of employees, members and visitors to the site are of utmost importance to us.”
