With the shelter in place restriction due to end at 6.00am on Saturday [May 2], there have been numerous calls to the Bermuda Police Service about the changes which will occur.
A police spokesperson said, “With the shelter in place restriction due to end at 6:00am on Saturday 2nd May, there have been numerous calls to the Bermuda Police Service about the changes which will occur.
“We however ask that the public not contact us with such queries at the moment, as we are working with the Ministry of National Security to put plans in place and are awaiting the publication of amendments to the Regulations to be published.
“An announcement will be made in due course.”
